02. How do you work with clients in a typical engagement?
Our engagement typically begins with a discovery call to understand the client’s needs and objectives. Based on this discussion, we determine whether advisory support or a structured gap analysis is the right starting point. In most cases, we recommend a focused three-week Gap Analysis, during which we review the client’s existing policies and controls against the requirements of the relevant regulation or framework The outcome of this analysis highlights areas of compliance, uncovers gaps, and identifies opportunities for strengthening the risk or compliance posture. From there, we design and implement the necessary remediation measures—whether that means enhancing existing controls or establishing new ones. Beyond remediation, we offer ongoing support through our managed services, ensuring clients remain continuously compliant and well-positioned to manage risk effectively.
03. Do you charge separately for the advisory and software, or is it an all-inclusive price?
All inclusive pricing For Small and Medium sized businesses, we try to offer an all-inclusive price, that includes initial advisory, access to our cloud-based SaaS platform, and managed services. Custom Pricing For large enterprises, we structure pricing through a customized model. Fees are determined based on the scope of the engagement, duration of advisory support, user base, and the level of managed services required. This ensures flexibility and scalability to meet complex enterprise demands. Often, we will separate out the consulting as a one-time activity, and charge for the software separately. Large clients can decide to use managed services, for which we can offer a custom price.

Our Pricing Model We follow a tiered approach designed to match the size, complexity, and needs of our clients: Small Clients For smaller enterprises, we offer a fixed annual fee that covers end-to-end support. This includes initial advisory, access to our cloud-based SaaS platform, and managed services. This model is ideal for organizations that may not have in-house staff or capabilities to establish and sustain a Risk or Compliance program. Medium Clients For mid-sized organizations, we extend a similar model as for small clients, with pricing adjusted based on the number of users and the scale of engagement. The package includes initial advisory, cloud-based SaaS access, and managed services tailored to the client’s operational needs. Large Clients For large enterprises, we structure pricing through a customized model. Fees are determined based on the scope of the engagement, duration of advisory support, user base, and the level of managed services required. This ensures flexibility and scalability to meet complex enterprise demands.
05. What support do you need from client teams when engaging them for a remediation program or advisory program?
We are highly mindful of our clients’ time and strive to minimize their involvement. Typically, we begin with a focused discovery workshop—lasting just 3–4 hours—to understand their needs and objectives. Following this, we request access to their existing policies, procedures, and controls, and from there, our team takes the lead. In cases where clients do not yet have the necessary policies or controls in place, we treat that as a starting point. We help identify gaps, design and implement the required framework, build controls and policies, and guide them through operationalizing the framework. Beyond implementation, we also provide ongoing support to ensure the framework is effectively managed and sustained.
